New rough sawn decking was installed over the joists across the whole floor. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adams Township donated Lot 29 along with the Hexagonal Water Tank Building to PM&amp;S. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Environmental study of Lot 29 property identified the presence of asbestos transits tiles covering the hexagonal building. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Removed the trees and vegetation from a lot 29. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added walking trail. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Added a 4\u2019 x 8\u2019 welcome sign close to the ORV Trail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 man lift to replace\/reattach corrugated roof panels. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rewire of the Captain\u2019s Office and added new pendant ceiling lights. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repainted Captain\u2019s Office with chlorination building was removed from the site. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Steel stairs were added to lead from the parking area down to the lower level of the site.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Large boulders were placed along the south property line and a chain now bars the drive down to the hoist house.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asbestos was removed from several locations in the shaft house, the Captain\u2019s Office and steam pipes located around the grounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full conducted of our buildings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2018<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" corrugated metal siding on the shaft house, secured and replaced sections of the sheathing as needed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new front door was installed on the Captain\u2019s Office. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Straightened shaft house stairs going from ground level to second level. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>One of the timber stanchion had to be laid down due severe wood rot in the support timbers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2017<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" Materials skip was lowered from its original hanging position to the ground. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New roof on the Captain\u2019s Office. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The floor of the shaft house was leveled with poor rock from the poor rock pile nearby.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2016 and Prior<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" going to the Captain\u2019s office. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Phase 1 of the restoration was completed in 1996. Corrugated metal was installed on the north and west walls of the shaft house.
